VNY Landing Fees - Is your Airport Next ?
Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is proposing the implementation of a new landing fee as part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing airport operations, modernizing infrastructure, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of Van Nuys Airport (VNY).
LAWA values the aviation community's engagement and invites all stakeholders, including the SoCal Pilots Association to review relevant information and the methodology used to calculate the landing fee, which can be found in the attached notice and on the official VNY website: VNY Landing Fees
Additionally, LAWA welcomes public feedback and encourages participation in the upcoming VNY community meeting on April 1, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Airtel Plaza Hotel (7277 Valjean Ave). Written comments can also be submitted via email to VNYLandingFee@lawa.org through April 11, 2025.
The proposed effective date of the landing fee is July 1, 2025.
